Cortney Haugen

Cortney Haugen has extensive experience in project management and telecommunications software support. Since November 2018, Cortney Haugen has served as Platform OSS at Golden West Telecommunications. Additionally, as the Owner and Project Management Consultant at SMART Project Management, LLC since May 2013, Cortney Haugen focuses on project management efficiency, process analysis, and customized training. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Innovative Systems from January 2006 to April 2013, including managing teams, client accounts, and providing training and process improvement. Cortney Haugen holds a Master of Science in Technology for Training & Education from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from West Texas A&M University.
