Àlex Araguàs

Àlex Araguàs has extensive work experience in the IT industry, primarily with T-Systems Iberia and T-Systems International GmbH. At T-Systems Iberia, they held the role of Head of IT Services Category in the Procurement Area, where they implemented improvements such as Preferred Partner selection and quality enhancements in statement of work. Àlex also provided training for procurement colleagues on processing IT service offers. At T-Systems International GmbH, they served as a Global Solutions Architect for Big Deals, designing global services and collaborating with internal and external teams. Àlex was also a Quality and SLAs Manager for Desktop Services, where they successfully managed SLAs and KPIs. Before joining T-Systems, they worked as an IT Service Delivery Manager for Volkswagen Group at T-Systems Iberia and as a Procurement/IT Service Delivery Manager at gedas iberia (VW Group).

Àlex Araguàs has a master's degree in MBA in Systems and Information Technology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (2012-2013). Àlex also has a degree in Direction and Management of IT Services (2012), a degree in Corporative Systems and Information Technology (2013), and a degree in Computer Science Systems Engineer (2002-2006) from the same university. In addition, they have a Professional Scrum Master I certification from scrum.org (2021), and they have completed courses in German at Escola Oficial d'Idiomes de Cornellà de Llobregat (2015-2018). Àlex has also obtained certifications in ITIL R3 (2011) and ITIL R2 (2009) from EXIN.
