Alysia Love

Alysia Love, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alysia is currently the Chief Talent Officer and Partner at GoldenTree Asset Management, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, Alysia founded Ellery Street - Leadership Advisors in June 2020, where they worked as a Leadership Advisor until July 2023, assisting CEOs and investors in optimizing their leadership teams and organizations. From July 2014 to June 2020, they served as a Senior Principal at ghSMART, providing leadership consulting services to hedge funds, private equity firms, and venture capital firms. Before that, they worked as a Director, Equity Investments at EARNEST Partners from July 2006 to June 2014. Alysia began their career as a Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley in 2005. Prior to that, they held various roles at Hewlett Packard, including Product Manager for Future Products and Product Manager at HP Corporate Venture. Alysia started their career as an Associate Economist at IHS Global Insight, specializing in emerging markets macroeconomic forecasting and investment risk analysis.

Alysia Love, CFA, holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BA degree in Classics from Bates College. Alysia also attended Phillips Exeter Academy. Alysia is certified as a CFA by the CFA Institute.
