Ilana Ludovico

Ilana Ludovico has a diverse work experience with various roles in different industries. Ilana started working as a Production Assistant in Freelance, where they supported set design, costume designers, and crew members. Ilana then worked as an Executive Assistant in Nona Entertainment, handling financial paperwork, communication with clients, and providing administrative support. Later, they became an Impact Strategist & Safety Ambassador at Sotaria Space LLC, where they developed a safety ambassador program and facilitated safe spaces at music festivals. Ilana also worked as a Marketing and Event Coordinator at PLUS ONE society and as a Social Impact & Marketing Consultant at Lxxp Media Marketing. In 2018, they joined Ganges Flow Music as a Tour Manager, organizing and executing tours and collaborating on creative performance direction. In 2019, they worked as a Director of Operations & Communications of The every one project at Goldenvoice, where they contributed to creative concept and ideation, community impact integration, sponsorship/budgeting, marketing/pr/policy, production and design, communication and integration, protocol development, research and development, and hiring. Ilana later joined Rimma Realty as a Realtor and Marketing Director. Ilana is currently a part of the Management Team at Roopster Entertainment. Additionally, they are the Lead Facilitator at ShiftingCulture.co, where they are involved in supporting clients in creating institutional and transformative change.
