Bill Gimbel

Bill Gimbel is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Lead Developer/Engineer at Goldfein, LLC since August 2022, Bill is focused on advancing business automation through Ruby on Rails applications. Previously, from April 2010 to August 2022, Bill held the position of Director of Information Technology at the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine, overseeing software development and infrastructure, and developing a custom grants management system. Bill's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Scholastic, Inc., Kaplan Professional, and InstantObjects, Inc., among others, where responsibilities ranged from directing engineering teams to building technical infrastructure. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
