Lisa Douglas

Lisa Douglas currently serves as COO of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Goldman Sachs, a position held since September 2014, following roles as Executive Director in Talent Development and co-head of APAC Talent Development. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Lisa worked at Standard Chartered Bank from September 2007 to August 2014, where responsibilities included managing community investment and global diversity & inclusion initiatives, as well as serving as a communications analyst within Group HR. Earlier experience includes teaching English at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand, from June 2003 to June 2007. Lisa holds a BA Hons in English Literature from Aberystwyth University (1999-2002) and a CELTA certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from ECC Thailand (2003).
