Nuo Shen

Nuo (Snow) Shen is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Tax Operations at Goldman Sachs since October 2024. Previous experience includes an Analyst role at Moonbug Entertainment from August 2023 to October 2024, and a Business Analyst position at Dana Incorporated from January to April 2023, where Nuo built an ERP system that significantly improved order fulfillment rates. Nuo also contributed as Vice President of the Student E-Board at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and completed a Business Strategy Consultant role at Roland Berger, where strategic planning led to significant revenue and profit increases for a client. Additional consulting experience at Aon focused on human capital management, yielding impactful results, and an earlier role at Otis Elevator Co. involved launching a successful app that expanded market share. Nuo holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Boston University.
