Richard Norton

Richard Norton is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of France Private Equity at Goldman Sachs since December 2022, based in Paris. Prior to this role, Richard had a successful tenure at KKR & Co. Inc. from March 2015 to July 2022, focusing on private equity investments with coverage in France, while also operating from London during the early years of this position. Notable investments during this period include Mediawan, Devoteam, Elsan, Webhelp, and The Hut Group. Earlier in Richard's career, experience was gained at Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant from October 2011 to December 2014. Richard holds a Grande Ecole degree in Economics and Finance from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
