Holland Houfburg has a diverse work experience in the golf industry. They began their career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Snake River Sporting Club in 2007. They then moved on to become the 1st Assistant Golf Professional at Mountaingate Country Club in 2008, where they stayed until 2014. During their time at Mountaingate Country Club, they were responsible for managing golf operations, cart operations, merchandising, and tournament operations. They also successfully increased full golf membership and exceeded sales targets.
In 2016, Holland joined TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company as a Demo Technician, where they conducted demonstration and promotional events and provided custom fitting services for golf clubs. They then transitioned to Golf Genius Software in 2016 and held multiple roles. They started as a Customer Support Representative and later became the Manager of Customer Support. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Service at Golf Genius Software, where they continue to contribute to customer service and support initiatives.
Throughout their career, Holland has demonstrated their expertise in golf operations, customer service, and sales.
Holland Houfburg studied at the University of Idaho from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing with a Professional Golf Management (PGM) option. Holland also obtained a certification as a PGA Class A Professional from the PGA of America, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
