Dee Regan

Dee Regan is an experienced life and wellness coach at Intuitum since October 2020, having transitioned from three years of teaching yoga and mindfulness to establish a boutique coaching and wellness business that serves both corporate and individual clients. Concurrently, Dee works as an administrator at Golf Ireland, providing support to the CEO and COO while managing grant applications and maintaining the HRIS database for a national volunteer network. Previously, Dee held various roles in the Irish Credit Union Sector from 2009 to 2022, progressing from Operations Officer to Senior Lending Officer, where responsibilities included risk assessment and staff coaching. Past experience also includes leadership positions in recruitment and human resources management with Grafton Recruitment, Marks & Spencer, and multinational organizations, complemented by extensive certifications and training in coaching, yoga, and financial advice.
