Nicolas Valls

Nicolas Valls has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Nicolas started their career at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where they served as an Associate in the Global Restructuring Group and later in the Leveraged Finance Group. In 2009, they joined The PrinceRidge Group as an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance Group. In 2012, they moved to Arrowhead Mezzanine as a Vice President, specializing in providing capital for acquisitions and growth capital transactions. In 2014, they became a Principal at BDCA Adviser, LLC, before joining Golub Capital in 2016 as a Managing Director. At Golub Capital, they specialize in delivering financing solutions to companies backed by private equity sponsors.

Nicolas Valls attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree in Systems Science Engineering. During the same period, they also enrolled at The Wharton School, completing a second Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree, this time in Finance.
