Biviana Helo Villegas

Biviana Helo Villegas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in competition law and antitrust matters, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Gómez-Pinzón since November 2020. With prior experience as an Associate at the same firm and as Intellectual Property Counsel for the National Federation of Colombian Coffee Growers, Biviana has provided comprehensive legal advice on merger control, restrictive trade practices, and consumer protection. Biviana's career began as a Junior Associate at Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta, following a legal internship focused on corporate transactions. In addition to professional practice, Biviana has contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad de los Andes, supporting courses in Criminal Law and Constitutional Studies.
