Mark Grossman

Mark Grossman has worked in the telecom industry since 1992. Mark began their career at Telcordia Technologies as a Test Engineer, then moved into a Development Lead role. Mark was then promoted to Operator Alliance Manager, where they were responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Tier 1 operators. Mark then became Program Manager for Number Portability Solutions, holding process reviews with Tier 1 operators to reduce number portability fallout. In 2012, they joined iconectiv as Director of Product Pre-Sales and Sales Engineering, where they worked to understand customer and market needs and identify solutions. Mark also became Director of Product Management for Global Messaging, working with Enterprises, Content Providers and Message Aggregators. In 2017, they joined GoMo Health as Vice President of Growth Initiatives, where they were responsible for driving growth strategies and researching industry trends to identify initiatives and product innovations.

Mark Grossman received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Lehigh University between 1988 and 1992. Mark then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Software Engineering from National Technical University between 1993 and 1996. In October 2019, they also obtained a certification in Design Thinking: Customer Experience from LinkedIn.
