Elyssa Welling (She/Her)

Elyssa Welling has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Elyssa most recently worked at Olo, starting in 2021. Elyssa held roles such as Sr Director, Business Operations - Go-To-Market Team and Senior People + Culture Senior Business Partner for GTM. Prior to Olo, Elyssa worked at Wisely as the VP of People in 2021. Before that, they spent a significant portion of their career at AArete, starting in 2013. During their time at AArete, they held various roles including Director of Talent Acquisition and People Development and Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. Elyssa also gained experience at The Boston Consulting Group, Careers In Nonprofits, Citadel Investment Group, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.

Elyssa Welling (She/Her) completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Ohio University, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Sociology at DePaul University from 2003 to 2005.
