Meena Balasubramaniam

Meena Bala is a skilled product designer with extensive experience in payments and digital experience design, spanning over a decade. At Olo, from February 2020 to September 2024, Meena served as Staff Product Designer, focusing on strategic design for developer-facing SDKs and collaborating with cross-functional teams on secure data collection services. Meena also led the design of Olo’s direct-to-consumer product and contributed to the development of financial reporting tools for businesses. Prior to Olo, Meena held roles at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, enhancing mobile banking experiences, and Green Street Advisors, where Meena drove UX projects and marketing design initiatives. Meena holds a certificate in UX/UI Design from the University of California, Irvine, and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Georgia Tech.
