Kelly Gonzalez

A passionate advocate for historically underserved communities, Kelly Gonzalez is the Director of Employee Experience, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at KeepTruckin. In this role she is responsible for developing strategies for the company to fulfill its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and help create a work environment that reflects KeepTruckin’s core values. KeepTruckin is on a mission to modernize the trucking industry and enabling a diverse workforce is imperative in completing that mission. Kelly started her career in sales and customer service at SolarCity and successfully transitioned into the Senior Director of People Empowerment. Her 10 years of service at SolarCity gave her the unique experience of supporting employees and customers in the tech and construction industry across the country. In 2016, Tesla Inc. acquired SolarCity where Kelly spent 3 years as the Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Internal Communications Manager. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science at UC Davis. Kelly also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of BraveWolf Productions, and sings often with her family, in the car, and to the detriment of her co-workers, at her desk.
