Keng Hoe Toh

Keng Hoe Toh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including sustainability, artificial intelligence, and maritime security. Currently serving as Vice President of Platform Business at GoNetZero™, Keng Hoe Toh has built and leads a team focused on emissions measurement and sustainability solutions. Involvement with the Singapore Computer Society includes positions such as Chapter President of the Artificial Intelligence & Robotics Chapter and Deputy Chairman of the AI Ethics Certification Committee. Keng Hoe Toh also contributes to education as an Adjunct Lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic, teaching machine learning and AI ethics. A strong background in the military, holding various positions in the Republic of Singapore Navy and Singapore Armed Forces, complements Keng Hoe Toh's proficiency in operational management and strategic development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering from Imperial College London and a Master’s in Strategic Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
