Dariyan Amos, also known as Hopper, has had a diverse range of work experiences. Starting in 2011, Hopper worked as a Student-Athlete Mentor at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they participated in team-building exercises with young children. In 2013, Hopper volunteered as a Student Assistant with Coach for College in Vietnam, teaching academics, sports, and life skills to children in rural areas. From 2015 to 2016, Hopper worked as a Recruiting/Human Resource Intern at Aflac, assisting with talent acquisition and providing administrative support. Later in 2015, they became a Corporate Recruiter at Internet Brands. In 2016, Hopper joined Tatum, a Randstad company, first as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and later as a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Central Region. Their responsibilities included providing executive consulting services, senior-level interim consultants, and executive search services. In 2019, Hopper joined Upwork as a Recruiter, supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts for various business units and mentoring other recruiters. In 2021, they became the Head of Talent Acquisition at Mud City, where they coached, mentored, hired, and trained sales talent while implementing change management strategies. Currently, Hopper is working at Gong as a Sr. Sales Recruiter, responsible for unlocking revenue potential through the Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform™ and managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. They will soon transition into the role of DEI Program Manager at Gong in 2022.

Dariyan Amos (Hopper) has a Bachelor's Degree in Public & Interpersonal Communications from North Carolina State University.
