Emma Kurtenbach has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emma is currently working at Gong as a Sales Recruiter, where they contribute to the Reality Revolution by empowering individuals, teams, and companies to reach their full potential. Prior to Gong, they worked at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill) as a Recruiting Lead for G&A and as a Recruiter, contributing to the development of a mobile app that helps consumers improve their financial health. Emma also gained experience in customer marketing and customer success at HG Insights. Additionally, they worked at Coit Group as a Recruiter, specializing in Recruitment Process Outsourcing for high-growth SaaS companies. Emma began their career as a Crisis Management Intern at Pullman Regional Hospital, where they collaborated on emergency response plans and attended trainings. Emma also held various roles at Washington State University, including Office Assistant, Admissions Ambassador & Recruiter, Building Operations Manager, Orientation Counselor, and Resident Advisor.

Emma Kurtenbach completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication & Society with a focus on Risk & Crisis Communication at Washington State University from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Active Shooter Preparedness from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in March 2018 and FERPA Certification from Washington State University in July 2015.
