Laurence Hardie has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2011, Laurence worked as a Training Specialist at Apple Retail, where they taught classes on various products. From 2012 to 2016, Laurence worked at GoPro, initially as a Technical Customer Support Representative and later as a Customer Support Service Quality and Training Manager. In this role, Laurence oversaw quality for customer support, designed and implemented a quality scorecard, and provided coaching to managers. From 2016 to 2018, Laurence worked as an Account Executive at Showpad, focusing on sales roles. They then joined Zendesk in 2018 and held multiple roles, including Customer Trainer, Senior Customer Trainer, and, most recently, Senior Learning Consultant, Customer Education. Laurence Hardie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. They have also acquired several certifications in Zendesk, including Zendesk Explore CX Analyst Expert I, Zendesk Support Administrator Expert I, and Zendesk Support Administrator. The latest certifications were obtained in August 2021, while the Zendesk Support Administrator certification was earned in December 2018.
