Mark Bowen

Mark Bowen is a Sales/Go-to-Market Recruitment Leader at Gong. Previously, Mark held the position of Head of Candidate Recruitment and Talent Branding at Confluent. Prior to that, Mark was the Manager, North American Talent Recruitment and Scouting at Red Hat. Mark has also worked in talent acquisition roles at UNC Health Care, IBM Watson and Watson Health, Lenovo, Barrington James, and Weatherby Healthcare. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Appalachian State University.
