Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Gong, NoAA previously held senior positions at Guesty, WeWork, Gartner, and ANTARTICA, focusing on user experience, product strategy, and design thinking. NoAA's expertise includes leading UX research, managing design teams, and implementing data-driven approaches to enhance customer experiences. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Visual Communications from The North Coast College, NoAA has consistently contributed to product innovation and service design throughout a progressive career spanning nearly two decades.
