Caroline Doyle is the People and Culture Manager at Nitro, Inc. Caroline has a background in nursing and transitioned into HR, holding various roles in talent/recruitment, employee benefits, rewards & recognition, and other HR functions. Caroline is also a part of the Life @ Nitro and Nitro Gives teams in Dublin. Caroline was recently awarded the Nitro Way Award at Sales Kick Off 2019. Prior to their current role, Caroline worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Mason Alexander and as a Staff Nurse at Beacon Hospital and Blackrock Clinic. Caroline holds a Diploma in Employment Law, a Certificate in Human Resource Management, an MSc in Management, and a degree in General Nursing.
