Julie Wolter

Julie Wolter serves as Dean of the School of Health Sciences at Gonzaga University since June 2023. Prior to this role, Julie Wolter was Associate Vice Provost for Innovation and Online Learning and a Professor at the University of Montana from January 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading initiatives in educational technology and online learning. Additionally, Julie Wolter served as Chair and Professor at the School of Speech, Language, Hearing & Occupational Sciences at the University of Montana, where Julie directed the Language Literacy Essentials in Academic Development Lab. Earlier in Julie Wolter's career, roles included Associate Chair of the Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders at Utah State University, where Julie was also an Associate Professor and SLP Graduate Program Director. Julie Wolter earned a PhD in Language and Literacy in Speech Language Pathology from Wichita State University and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Washington University.
