Ray Kliewer

Ray Kliewer has over 25 years of work experience in various HR roles. Ray is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at Gonzaga University. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Indiana University School of Medicine, where they implemented transformative HR services and led talent development programs. Ray also served as an Associate Faculty at IUPUI - Kelley School of Business and Director of Human Resources at Heartland Food Products Group, where they led the startup of HR functions during a period of significant growth. Ray has earlier experience as an HR Manager at Ingersoll-Rand, as well as HR roles at Advanced Marketing Services, ArvinMeritor, Toyota, International Comfort Products, and American General. Overall, Ray Kliewer has extensive experience in HR leadership and driving strategic initiatives in various organizations.

Ray Kliewer has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in HR Development from the University of Louisville. Ray also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Finance from the same university. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as NAHR CHRO Academy Participant from the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR), Accredited Executive Coach (ICF ACC) from the Rayner Institute, and certifications from SHRM (SHRM-SCP) and HR Certification Institute - HRCI (SPHR).
