Carl Sparks

Carl Sparks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advisory and board roles across various companies. Currently serving on the Advisory Board of Smoothie King and as a Board Member for organizations such as Waste Connections, GoodBuy Gear, Plex, Inc., Copart, and Cint, Sparks also holds a position on the Texas Board of Trustees for The Nature Conservancy. Additionally, Sparks is the Managing Partner at Interlock Partners and has previously served on the Board of Directors for ActionIQ, an enterprise software company. Carl holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.
