Tom Deakin

Tom Deakin has a diverse professional background, with experience in leading digital programmes for global brands at Good Growth. Tom also serves as an Associate Lead Member for Performance at Somerset Council and as the Leader at Taunton Town Council. Additionally, Tom is a Trustee at The Redstart Learning Partnership. Tom's previous roles include working as a Political Assistant and Personal Aide to Stephen Gilbert MP at the Liberal Democrats, as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Cornwall Food Foundation, and as a Hospitality Operative at the Eden Project. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Politics from the University of Exeter and completed their International Baccalaureate at Truro and Penwith College.
