Jason Braam, CHRL, CPHR

Jason Braam, CHRL, CPHR has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jason began their career in 1996 as Manager of Human Resources at Howell Pipe & Valve Supply, where they were promoted to Vice President of Operations and Human Resources in the same year. In 2015, they moved to Robertson Bright Inc. as Director of Human Resources and Safety. In 2019, they joined Olympic Auto Group as Director of Human Resources. Most recently, in 2021, they joined good natured Products Inc. as Vice President of Operations, People, Performance & Process and Senior Director of People, Performance and Process.

Jason Braam holds an Hon.B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Redeemer University, obtained between 1991 and 1996. Jason also holds a CHRM in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College, obtained between 1999 and 2004. Additionally, they are a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from the Human Resources Professionals Association, and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) from CPHR BC & Yukon.
