Tia Sandhu

Tia Sandhu is an experienced professional currently serving as the Program Impact and Design Manager at Good Things Foundation Australia since September 2023. Previously, Tia held the position of Community Impact Manager at YMCA NSW from April 2022 to August 2023, and spent over a decade at YMCA WA in various roles including Community Impact Officer, Finance Account Officer, Sports and Community Manager, Youth Projects Coordinator, Centre Manager, Duty Manager, and Customer Service Officer. Additionally, Tia was a Project Administrator at YMCA Australia for a part-time role supporting the national Youth Advocacy project. Tia also worked as a Global Change Agent for World YMCA from April 2017 to July 2018. Tia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Development at Murdoch University, expected to complete in December 2024.
