Project Manager & Team Lead

Are you a project manager who loves working on BI projects? Ready to lead and motivate our team to achieve great results? As a Project Manager, you’ll be the key player driving our delivery team and managing a range of customer projects directly.

Here's what you'll do:

• As a Project Manager, you will plan, manage, and execute the delivery of customer projects, ensuring the highest quality standards. You'll work alongside other professional services teams to achieve our goals.
• Lead and inspire a team of up to ten members, including BI Consultants, Frontend/Backend Engineers, Analysts and Testers. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment where everyone can achieve their best and thrive together.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of customer project implementation, cultivating enduring client relationships and prioritizing activities to maximize business impact.
• Dive deep into business and functional requirements analysis, leveraging your expertise to align analytics and reporting solutions with customer business goals.
• Partner with the sales team to define and implement project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates that meet client expectations and align with our objectives.

About you

• Proven experience in managing projects in DWH/BI, ensuring successful outcomes.
• At least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Hands-on approach to project management, diving deep into every aspect of project delivery.
• Always put customers first - this may require the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changes in business and solution negotiations.
• Business acumen, excellent presentation, negotiation, listening, and writing skills.
• Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and collaborate with internal and external team players to create solutions to meet client needs.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
