Leo Poelstra

Leo Poelstra has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2005 as a Profesor Trainee at Prosel. In 2007, they began working as a Tier 1 - Front Line Technical Support for Hewlett Packard at Teletech. In 2010, they were Creative Director at Agro Kom Kawa S.R.L. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Moravia in various roles, including Localization Engineer for the VMware account, Test Engineer for multimedia content creation for Microsoft, and Localization Lead Jr. for Secret Inc. and Medical Accounts. In 2018, they became Content Manager Team Lead at RWS Moravia, and in 2020 they became Senior Project Manager at GoodFolk Agency. In these roles, they have developed strong project methodologies and been able to oversee project engagements across multiple platforms and clients. Leo has also been responsible for core production of multiple projects simultaneously and worked closely with the client to maximize satisfaction and ensure quality.

Leo Poelstra holds a PhD in Visual Communication and Strategic Design from the National University of Rosario (UNR) in 2021. Leo also holds a Graphic Design and Illustration Degree from the Superior Institute of Visual Communication (ISCV) from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciature in Systems and Computers from the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Designer UI/UX from Coderhouse in November 2020, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional Facultad Regional Resistencia Chaco - UTN FRRe in March 2020.
