Dolphy Goveas is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resource operations. Currently serving as the Head of Global HR Operations at Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd since April 2012, Dolphy oversees HR functions for a conglomerate involved in the food ingredient industry across multiple countries. Concurrently, Dolphy holds the position of Core Coordinator for HR Shapers in Indonesia, a global HR association. Previous roles include Head of HR & Admin for the South Asia region at B. Braun Group and Human Asset Manager at MARS Group. Dolphy's earlier career includes significant HR management positions at Mizuho Bank, Everest Media, and Rider Electronics Limited.
