Romy Luijkenaar

Romy Luijkenaar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2015, they gained experience in the film industry as an intern in the production and communication department at Eye Film. In 2016, they worked as a Medewerker MuseumBrasserie at Maison van den Boer. From 2013 to 2016, they held various roles at Mise en Place, including Projectmanager and Jobcoach. In 2017, they volunteered internationally at CPH PIX. Starting in 2018, Romy joined GOODIEBOX, where they began as a Customer Experience Manager and later took on roles as a Creative Production Intern, Business Development Associate, Project Coordinator, and ultimately, Inventory Coordinator and now Inventory Manager EU & Nordics. Romy'swork at GOODIEBOX spans until the present, indicating their current employment there.

Romy Luijkenaar started their education in 2011 at Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg, where they studied Docent Theater for one year. In 2012, they joined Utrecht University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film en televisiewetenschappen, which they completed in 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, Romy attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Film and Media. In 2021, they enrolled in the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and obtained a Level 2 Award in Wines within a year. Romy furthered their wine education in 2022-2023 by completing the Level 3: Award in Wines, achieving a Pass with Distinction. These recent accomplishments in the field of Gastronoom / Sommelier / Wijncertificaat demonstrate their dedication to expanding their knowledge in this area.
