Anthony LaBrum has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technology and support. Anthony most recently worked as an Application Support Engineer at GoodLeap LLC, where they provided support for various applications. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Westelcom, where they were responsible for training new team members, analyzing security threats, and monitoring network incidents.
Before their role at Westelcom, they served as a Technical Support Engineer at Teo. In this position, Anthony provided technical support and configuration assistance for enterprise partners and business customers. Anthony achieved a high customer satisfaction rating and improved product performance by implementing Bash scripts to monitor servers and services.
Anthony also has experience as a Systems & Security Analyst at Seattle Pacific University, where they conducted research on network vulnerabilities and provided technical support for the STEM department. Additionally, they have worked as an Application Support Specialist at Echo, a HealthStream Company, where they identified and reported bugs and trained new team members.
Prior to their career in technology, Anthony served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Corporal/Non-commissioned Officer. During their service, they led a team, analyzed mission performance, and mentored fellow Marines.

Anthony LaBrum completed their education in Management Information Systems at San Diego State University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Southwestern Community College District from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems.
In addition to their educational background, Anthony LaBrum obtained the CompTIA Network+ ce certification from CompTIA in February 2018.
