Raja A

Raja A has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Raja is currently working as a Senior Director of Point of Sale Experience at GoodLeap since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HCL Technologies as a Director of Marketing Automation/Customer Experience from July 2019 to June 2022.

Raja A also has extensive experience at IBM where they held various positions. Raja served as a Senior Product Manager of Digital Messaging & CRM from April 2017 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for driving the release and roadmap of IBM Marketing Operations, an enterprise class on-premise product used by marketers for campaign planning. From January 2012 to March 2017, they served as a Senior Product Manager of Marketing Operations, where they oversaw the product's development and performance. Raja also worked as an Advisory Project Manager of Martech Services from January 2010 to December 2011.

Before joining IBM, Raja A worked as a Senior Principal Solution Architect of Martech Services at Unica from March 2005 to December 2009. Prior to that, they were a Systems Engineer at OATSystems, a division of Checkpoint Systems, from September 2003 to February 2005. Raja began their career as a Senior Application Engineer at Blue Yonder in July 2000 and worked there until August 2003.

From 1998 to 2000, Raja A earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
