Natalie Henchman

Natalie Henchman is an experienced People Partner currently working at Goodlord since November 2022, where responsibilities include collaboration with various HQ departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Prior to this role, Natalie spent over four years at MADE.COM, initially partnering with the Merchandising and Brand teams before shifting focus to Professional Services in alignment with the CFO. Natalie's career also includes positions at Victoria Beckham, progressing from HR Coordinator to HR Manager over two years, and earlier experience at Linda Farrow as Office Manager and HR Assistant. Natalie holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Hair and Make-up for Editorial Design from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, completed in 2011.
