Jenny Tran

Jenny Tran is a highly skilled Product Development Technologist currently contributing to the Grocery team at Goodman Fielder, focusing on frozen pastry and sauces for both branded and private label products since September 2022. Previously, Jenny served as an Innovation and R&D Specialist at Berger Ingredients and held various roles at Mars, including recipe innovation for Masterfoods and packaging quality assurance. With a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Commerce in Chemical Engineering from UNSW, Jenny's early career included positions as a Mathematics Manager and Tutor, an Operational Risk Intern at Macquarie Group, and a Food and Beverage Intern at Ecolab, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and educational sectors.
