Brian Banerdt

Brian Banerdt began their career in 1989 at GE Water and Process Technologies, where they served as a Regional Operations Manager until 1999. Brian then transitioned to the role of Regional Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager until 2006. Following this, they joined Univar USA, Inc in 2006, where they held various roles including Regional Quality Manager, Branch Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at TÜV Rheinland North America as a Lead Auditor. In 2016, they joined Goodpack Limited as the Global Director of Depots and later became the Global Director of Quality, overseeing various aspects such as quality, safety, continuous improvement, and network optimization across the global depot network.

Brian Banerdt earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Resource Management from California State University, Bakersfield in 1996. Prior to that, they attended the University of California, Riverside from 1978 to 1981. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained various certifications including ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from TUV Rheinland in 2016 and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Univar in 2012.
