Sri Thota

Sri Thota has over two decades of work experience in various leadership roles. Sri started as a Manufacturing Engineer at Tata Motors in 1997. Throughout their career, they have held roles such as Product Engineer, Engineering Manager, Platform Manager, and Director in different divisions at Lear Corporation. Sri was responsible for managing sales, program management, operations, and strategy development for multi-billion dollar divisions. Sri'smost recent role was as President - Americas at Goodpack Pte Ltd., where they led strategic growth plans, operational excellence initiatives, and digital transformation projects for the Americas region, achieving significant revenue growth and cost reductions.

Sri Thota has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University (1993-1997), a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University (1999-2000), and an MBA in General Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business (2007-2008). Additionally, Sri Thota obtained a certification in Executive Leadership from LinkedIn in 2020.
