Juju R.

Juju R. has worked in a variety of Human Resources roles since 2010. They began their career as an HR Manager at The Home Depot in 2010. In 2015, they moved to O'Charley's as a Regional Human Resources Manager. In 2017, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at Parsons Interactive and also became a Published Author at 1881 Blue Books. In 2019, Juju R. became a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Tosca. In 2021, they moved to Avis Budget Group in the same role. Most recently, in 2022, they began their current role as Head of People and Culture at GoodrCo.

Juju R. began their educational journey in 2004, when they graduated from Spelman College with a Bachelor's degree. They then continued their studies at Northeastern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2013, as well as a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General and a Master of Science in Business/Corporate Communications in 2015.
