Donna Kim, MS, RD, CNSC, CDCES, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutrition Sciences from Boston University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Donna then pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition Sciences at Bastyr University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Donna has acquired various certifications in their field. Donna became a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) in July 2016 through the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators. Donna also holds the designation of Certified Nutrition Support Clinician® (CNSC®) from the NBNSC. Furthermore, Donna is a California Children Services (CCS) Paneled Dietitian, recognized by the California Department of Health Care Services.
