Francisco Lara

Francisco Lara has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Francisco started their career in 2014 as a Peer Advising Counselor at the Educational Opportunity Program, where they provided individualized guidance to student participants and advocated for student well-being. Francisco then served as a Chief-of-Staff and Controller at the Associated Students, University of California, Davis, where they administered budgets and recommended improvements to business practices. Francisco also held the role of Budget Chairman at UC Davis' Delegation to the Student of Color Conference, where they secured funding and drafted budgets for student conferences. Francisco gained experience in community and economic development as a Community and Economic Development Intern at the NAACP, conducting research and compiling data for reports. Francisco has also worked as a Math and Spanish Tutor at AJ Tutoring, tailoring sessions to student needs and tracking progress. Francisco further expanded their analytical skills as a Business Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, and currently, as a Business Intelligence Manager at GoodRx. Their responsibilities at GoodRx include analyzing data, implementing BI tools, and managing the company's business intelligence department. Throughout their career, Francisco has demonstrated strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Francisco Lara earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, graduating in 2017. In the same year, they also attended Sciences Po where they focused on Economics and Political Science. In terms of certifications, Francisco obtained the Google Ads Display certification from Google in January 2020, as well as the Google Ads Search certification.
