Jamie Welch, SHRM-CP

Jamie Welch, SHRM-CP has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources. Jamie began their career in 2001 as a Human Resources Generalist at Mosaic Sales Solutions. In 2002, they moved to Cardinal Health as a Human Resources Representative (Generalist), where they had responsibility for 400+ employees in four states. In 2006, they took a role as a Human Resources Generalist at XPO Logistics, Inc., where they had supervisory responsibility for up to five administrative employees and managed the monthly "on-boarding" of temporary agency employees converting to regular full-time employment. From 2008 to 2010, they held Contract Human Resources Professional roles at Gruma Oceania Pty Ltd (Mission Foods) and Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. In 2010, they became a Human Resources Manager at KJC Auto Title Loans. From 2016 to 2019, they held roles as Manager, Corporate Human Resources - U.S. at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee and Director, HR & Benefits at First American Payment Systems. Jamie currently serves as Vice President, People Operations at Goodside Health, where they lead a high-performing team of four and develops and executes people operations strategy in support of the overall business plan.

Jamie Welch, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Relations & Business from Amberton University. Jamie also studied Psychology at Dallas Baptist University and Business Management at The University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, Jamie holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, obtained in January 2019, and an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in March 2022.
