Derek House

Derek House has extensive experience in operations and compliance management across diverse industries. Currently serving as Head of Nonprofit Operations at Goodstack since November 2022, Derek leads the compliance operations team with a focus on strategic fraud prevention policies. Previously, as Head of Compliance Operations (FinCrime) at Revolut, Derek managed a large team, setting the operational strategy and driving improvements across multiple countries. At Amazon, Derek held various roles including Senior Operations Manager, where leadership involved localization of Alexa content, and Senior Program Manager for Prime Air's data collection operations. Derek's early career includes serving as a pilot and officer in the United States Air Force, emphasizing strong leadership and decision-making skills. Derek holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
