Flavia Rodas

Flavia Rodas began their work experience as an Innovation and Development Intern at Banco Fassil S.A. from May 2021 to August 2021. Flavia then worked as a Business Development & Operations Intern at Guru It! from June 2022 to August 2022. Flavia's most recent position is as a Junior Program Manager at Goodwall, starting in July 2023.

Flavia Rodas completed their education from 2018 to 2023 at IE University, where they pursued a Dual Degree in Business Administration and International Relations. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Music Business: Industry Essentials from Berklee Online. Prior to their university education, Flavia attended Santa Cruz Cooperative School from 2014 to 2018. In 2021, they received a certification in Essentials of Project Management from the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC). Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from HarvardX, an online learning initiative by Harvard University through edX. Flavia also participated in the Global BBA Exchange Program at emlyon business school, although the exact duration of this program is not specified.
