Katy Lynn Ford

Katy Lynn Ford has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Katy Lynn started their career in 1998 as an International Contract Negotiator at GATT, where they negotiated contracts with resorts and hotels in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean. Katy Lynn then worked as a Bilingual Field Sales Representative at Medical Dynamics from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they served as a Marketing and Sales Associate at Data Collectors. In 2008, they took on a role as an Enrichment of Public Education project manager at Lake Pointe Elementary and Grandview Elementary, where they focused on creating outdoor classroom environments. Katy Lynn also volunteered as a Spanish teacher at Lake Pointe Elementary during that time. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at ReachLocal as a Senior Account Executive and an Internet Marketing Consultant. In 2014, they were a Professional Communication Teacher at Georgetown High School. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Bilingual Science and Math Teacher at Annie Purl Elementary. In 2018, they joined Goodwater Montessori School as the Director of Outdoor Education and English Language. Katy Lynn'smost recent role is as the Owner of Roots that Bind Us, a company that focuses on progressive, sustainable, and accessible growing practices.

Katy Lynn Ford attended Westlake High School from 1990 to 1994. Katy Lynn then enrolled at Texas A&M University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on International Marketing. In 1997, they also received accreditation in Spanish Language from Universidad Andres Bello.
