Derrick Jackson

Derrick Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Derrick is currently an Associate Director of Analytics & Insights at Goodway Group since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Data & Insights Analyst at the same company starting in September 2021. From January 2019 to September 2021, Derrick served as a Web Analytics Manager at Fanatics, Inc. Derrick also worked as a Marketing Data Scientist at Florida Blue from July 2018 to January 2019. Before that, they held the position of Business Intelligence Analyst II at Jp Morgan Chase Bank from November 2017 to June 2018. Derrick has also worked at MECLABS, where they held various roles such as Director of Data Science from August 2015 to November 2017, Senior Data Manager from March 2015 to July 2015, and Data Manager from July 2013 to February 2015. Derrick started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia Southern University from January 2011 to December 2012. Prior to that, Derrick worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Wade Hampton High School from November 2008 to December 2010. Derrick also served as a Counselor at Winshape Camp for Boys from 2000 to 2006.

Derrick Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematical Education from Georgia Southern University from 2002 to 2007. Later, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics from the same university in 2011 and 2012. In 2014, Derrick also obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google.
