Matthew Wilden

Matthew Wilden has a diverse work experience in operations management. Matthew currently serves as the Director of Operations at Goodway Technologies, overseeing a facility with a revenue of $40M and 100+ employees. Prior to this role, they were the Plant Manager at Emerson Automation Solutions, leading operations at a facility with a revenue of $50M and 150+ employees. Matthew has also held senior operations management positions at HarcoSemco, Perrigo Company plc, and Shutterfly Inc., where they managed production operations, team development, and compliance with regulations. Before their career in the private sector, Matthew served as an Operations Officer in the US Army, where they successfully planned and coordinated activities for over 300 personnel.

Matthew Wilden attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Policy & Defense Strategy. Matthew also holds additional certifications, including Project Management Professional obtained from the Project Management Institute in December 2016, and Six Sigma, Green Belt obtained from the University of Michigan in 2012.
