Evan Garver is an experienced workforce development professional currently serving as the Workforce Development Program Manager at Goodwill Columbus since December 2021. Previously, Evan held various leadership roles at the YMCA of Central Ohio, including Regional Program Director, Associate Executive Director, and Director of Youth Development, overseeing program operations, branch membership, and youth sports initiatives across multiple branches. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at SportsOhio, Sales and Marketing Specialist at Shane's Gourmet Catering, Youth Sports Coordinator and Sales Coordinator at the YMCA and Robert Rothschild Farm, respectively, and a Contract Coordinator intern at Global Gov/Ed. Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics Management with a Humanities-Classics focus from Ohio Wesleyan University.
