Joy Bosley has been with Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana since July 1999, where Joy currently holds the position of Information Technology Compliance Manager. Prior to this role, Joy has served as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, Business Analysis Manager, and Technical Help Desk Specialist. Joy also gained experience in retail sales at Nordstrom from 1998 to 2003 and worked in loss prevention at Macy's from 1995 to 1998. Joy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Indiana University Indianapolis in 1999.
